What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

* Plan and control the entire chick production process, manage the main KPIs, providing a global and detailed view of the results, with in-depth analysis of deviations and consistent actions.
* Actively participate in budgeting, keep track of expenses, act on deviations and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
* Promote interdependence with planned actions with the objective of promoting a balanced work environment and a highly productive organizational culture with the objective of increasing engagement and achieving better results and ensuring the sustainability of the Agro production chain.
* Keep the company's fixed assets under surveillance and in appropriate conditions, seeking to optimize their use to meet the company's demands.
* To collaborate with the good health of the team, encouraging healthy habits, ensuring that mandatory occupational exams are carried out.
* To coordinate HSE with your team, being an example of leadership. Dedicates time to monitor operations with a focus on HSE, guiding the team whenever deviations are identified.
* It encourages reporting of all accidents and incidents that have occurred.
* To provide appropriate personal protective equipment to the relevant personnel, guiding and controlling its use.
* Leads the incident and accident investigation committee and manages the defined actions.
* Prioritizes activities and resources needed to eliminate unsafe conditions.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Veterinary or Production Engineering or related areas.
* Minimum 5 years Experience in managing people and production processes, focusing on live production, budget production process, maintenance plans and projects, GMP Good Manufacturing Practices, etc.
* Advanced level English (preferred)
* Advanced knowledge of production control systems.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs.
* Good understanding and use of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause and Effect Diagram).
* Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
* Team player
