Business Development Representative Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving our B2B initiatives and generating revenue through new business development.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the B2B landscape, including sales cycles, business models, and corporate decision-making processes. You will work closely with our lead generation manager to establish and grow our B2B sales pipeline.
The role involves initiating contact with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings. You will build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, demonstrate the features and benefits of our courses, negotiate terms of sales agreements, and address client objections to close sales deals.
You will also manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Providing after-sales support to address any issues or concerns is crucial to your success in this role. Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities is essential for analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:
* Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, build and maintain relationships, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
* Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrate features and benefits, and negotiate sales agreements.
* Sales Negotiations: Address client objections, close sales deals, and manage existing client accounts.
* Account Management: Ensure ongoing satisfaction, provide after-sales support, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements include:
* B2B Sales/Bizdev Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building.
* Communication and Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency and outstanding ability to communicate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
* Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed.
