Are you an experienced Instructional Designer with strong expertise in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond? We’re looking for passionate learning professionals to join our large-scale global learning engagement. Role OverviewThis role involves end-to-end instructional design and development of Virtual Instructor-Led (VILT), Instructor-Led (ILT), and Online Learning (OLT/eLearning) programs. You’ll manage the full lifecycle — from defining learning objectives and outlining content to collaborating with SMEs and delivering high-quality courses.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.Create engaging, learner-centric materials using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.Lead training design discussions and collaborate closely with clients.Ensure learning outcomes align with business goals and quality standards.Manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, remote, global environment. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience designing and developing ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).Ability to work independently and align with US business hours.Desired ExperienceExperience in large-scale global learning engagements.Background in scaling teams and managing multiple project phases.Minimum 3 years of ID experience. Engagement Duration: 3 to 18 months (depending on project scope)⏰ Hours: 40 per week
