Enterprise Monitoring Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Monitoring Specialist to own the daily health, performance, and availability of our enterprise monitoring tools. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless system uptime and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration tuning for our enterprise monitoring tools.
* Triage and resolve monitoring-related incidents promptly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring solutions and improve overall system efficiency.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, alerts, and reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or enterprise monitoring roles.
* Hands-on experience with Splunk, DynaTrace, and NewRelic is required.
* Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and ticketing systems is essential.
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash is necessary.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments is a plus.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
