Hematology/Oncology Account Manager, Brazil

Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate change-making team is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager located in Brazil.
We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team remotely. As a vital member of our business development team, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will focus on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and visit Hematologist/Oncologist offices. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment.
Reporting to the Head of US & Brazil Provider Engagement, the responsibilities include:
Initiating, nurturing, and managing a provider network to build patient identification channels, including physicians, Patient Advocacy Groups, Physician Associations, CROs, Hospitals/Health Systems, Insurance Companies, and NGS Labs via visits and contacts.
Supporting agreements for strategic partnerships to expand operations in Brazil.
Supporting agreements with hospitals and physicians near recruiting sites for clinical trials.
Promoting Massive Bio's services to the provider network and maintaining regular follow-up.
Following up on patient referrals from providers to enroll in clinical trials.
Supporting patient engagement through direct channels, including calls and medical records collection.
Managing patient referrals and retention.
Providing timely updates to Massive Bio’s CRM system about field activities, communication with physicians, and reporting results to leadership.
Candidate Profile:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in reputable pharma, biotech, or labs.
Extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.
Ability to travel to provider offices and hospitals, using public transport or own vehicle (expenses reimbursed).
Native Portuguese speaker; English proficiency is a plus.
Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials, and healthcare system.
Excellent communication skills.
Resident of Brazil, specifically in Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Vitória, or Fortaleza.
