Role Purpose StatementThe transformation deployment specialist is responsible for driving structural transformation projects, ensuring their seamless deployment across HR. This role requires balancing strategic alignment with operational execution, ensuring that structural changes are delivered on time, within scope, and with sustainable adoption. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deployment planning, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and change management.Main Accountabilities- Develop deployment transformation plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics.- Coordinate with functional teams to ensure operational readiness and minimal disruption.- Act as a liaison between external consultants, senior leadership, project teams, and frontline HR customers and employees.- Ensure that changes are embedded into the organization’s culture and day-to-day operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions during the transformation process.- Drive continuous improvement transformation projects in HR Operations.Knowledge and Skills: Behavior- Improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront, and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy.- Collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and take initiative to continually develop oneself.- Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action, even in times of challenge or change.Technical SkillsCertifications such as PROSCI (OCM), PMBOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and other governance, CI tools, and methods.Strong interpersonal skills to manage change and transformation across the organization.Knowledge of procurement processes (negotiation, market reference, etc.) and HR matters (Payroll, Mobility, etc.).Education & ExperienceDegree or Master’s in business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.Soft skills to engage with stakeholders from diverse cultures and areas outside HR.Mandatory proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable.Experience leading robust transformation projects.Job Segment: Sustainable Agriculture, Payroll, HR Manager, Operations Manager, Lean Six Sigma, Agriculture, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Management
