Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled professional to co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and project management office (PMO) to guide the team's efforts in successfully implementing a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in Microsoft Azure for business segments in Asia.
* Co-lead SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to ensure successful go-live of localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in RISE private cloud in MS Azure for K-C business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role. They should have a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects, excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies is also required.
