Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
* Deliver tasks to a high standard and support various projects of different sizes.
* Work as part of a team or as the primary contact with the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Monitor and control projects using performance management techniques.
* Manage change control and advise on project finances.
* Coordinate meetings and manage project correspondence.
* Interpret contracts, work letters, charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings.
* Maintain project reports, process purchase orders, and track financials.
* Manage multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in mining final projects.
* Full project ownership and report development skills.
* Effective information management between team and client.
* Proficiency with MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English.
