Job Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with our Customer Success Senior Manager at a growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise and has excellent communication skills to professionally interact with high-value clients.
Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for client onboarding, relationship management, meeting support, and documentation. Key responsibilities include:
* Building and optimizing bio pages for new clients
* Coordinating with account managers to ensure seamless client setup
* Configuring calendar linking systems and GHL account setups
* Facilitating and managing all client offboarding communications with professionalism
* Executing drip message campaigns and implementing client-requested changes
* Conducting thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors
* Handling monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
* Attending weekly client meetings as the CSM's right hand
* Taking detailed meeting notes and creating actionable task lists
* Collaborating with account managers to ensure all client requests are tracked and completed
* Maintaining organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in digital marketing or financial services, familiarity with marketing automation platforms, and previous experience supporting customer success teams are highly desirable.
