You will represent a global industry leader committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.Product Portfolio Tissue Parent / Jumbo Rolls (B2B)Key Responsibilities Regional Strategy:Develop and execute the sales strategy for Latin America to grow market share and business volume. Customer Relationships:Build strong partnerships with converters, distributors, and key accounts across the region. Market Development: Identify and cultivate new opportunities across emerging and established markets. Market Insights:Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic decision-making. What You Bring Experience:7–10+ years in commercial / sales roles within thetissue, paper, or FMCG sectors. Important: Experience intissue (especially jumbo/parent rolls)is highly valued,but not essential. We also welcome candidates fromFMCG backgrounds with strong exposure to modern retail, private label, and distributor networks, who are motivated to transition into aB2B environment and understand the retail landscape.Industry Understanding: Knowledge ofretail dynamics and customer expectationsis important Exposure toB2B sales (or willingness to move into B2B) Familiarity with LATAM markets and commercial structuresSkills:Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities. Mindset:Adaptable, hands-on, growth-oriented, and commercially driven. Independence:Comfortable managing a multi-country region and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
