The Work:
As a Proposal Manager, you are a crucial player on the Sales Opportunity team. You use our standard support framework, best practices, and tools to develop high-quality, compelling, and compliant RFx responses that resonate with Accenture’s clients, by:
1. Providing cross-tower opportunity support for medium to large deals
2. Developing storyboards and win themes
3. Providing coaching/support for orals
4. Supporting due diligence efforts and contract development
You will:
5. Provide support to medium to large sales opportunities
6. Oversee development of deliverables for pre RFx, orals, site visits, client sessions workshops, BAFO (Best and Final Offer), etc.
7. Participate in meetings with deal sales leadership team to discuss opportunity background, RFx response strategy, team assignments, support resources needed, reviews, schedule, and support logistics
8. Create RFx response outline compliant with client requirements
9. Create RFx response schedule including milestone reviews, production, and delivery
10. Lead day to day proposal management activities including managing Graphic Designers, Technical Writers, deal team Authors, etc.
11. Plan, resource, and conduct RFx response reviews, and prepare review drafts
Here’s what you need:
12. Bachelors' degree or 4 or more years of experience doing similar work
13. English language fluency (oral and written)
14. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
15. Excellent leadership and management skills
16. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Extra credit if you have:
17. MBA
18. Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales/sales support capability with basic understanding of the RFx lifecycle in the IT industry
19. Experience with complete sales cycle
20. Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
You May Also Need:
21. Travel up to 50%, Overtime anticipated during peak proposal times
22. A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. This includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
