Responsibilities
* Execute tasks in the butcher department, checking the validity, quality, weight and price labels of merchandise to ensure compliance with records.
* Inspect the conditions of cold rooms, ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, organization and available space for receiving new merchandise.
* Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the sector, verify merchandise validity in self-service, set up the customer service counter, check price labels and general conditions of merchandise.
* Keep cold rooms tidy and clean, organizing merchandise by cuts and expiration dates. Follow the FEFO/PEPS system to avoid spoilage or losses.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma complete
* Previous experience in the role - as a differential
* Commitment to excellence in customer service
