We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our automotive UX study in São Paulo. As a project manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating day-to-day study operations, assisting in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers, and providing light device / IT support.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management & Coordination: Build and own the project plan—timelines, budget, participant milestones—working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.
* Field & Research Execution: Moderate ~2 weeks of in-vehicle sessions in São Paulo, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data.
* Technical & Logistics Support: Prep, track, and recover equipment used to execute study.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting participant hardware, connectivity, and account issues; escalating edge-case bugs to engineering via issue-tracking software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar.
* Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken & written).
* Comfort diagnosing common hardware / connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Android / iOS devices, Bluetooth peripherals).
A strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile methodologies, is highly desirable. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
