We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to serve as our Training Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze training requirements from clients and determine the number of sessions based on courses and locations.
* Create, modify, complete, and cancel sessions as necessary.
* Organize sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
* Work with the Indian team to coordinate changes or updates in training events.
* Support training activities by tracking attendance and invoices if required.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, familiarity with international work environments, a deep understanding of the training industry, excellent customer service skills, teamwork abilities, clear communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
