Role: Pega Lead System Architect/Pega Senior System Architect
Work Location: Latin America (including Peru, Mexico, Brazil)

Rules Cube is growing We are looking for talented Pega Lead/Senior System Architects to join our team.
In this role, you'll help us ensure that system architectures are functional, robust and scalable within the context of a client enterprise.

Responsibilities:
4. As a Senior/Lead Pega Consultant, you will be responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
5. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
6. Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.
7. Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
8. Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk.
9. Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit).
10. Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base.
Required Experience/Skills:
11. You are a hands-on, collaborative individual with experience working with technical architects, business users and engineers.
12. 5+ years' experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise level business solutions and applications.
13. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
14. Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
15. Exposure to a variety of technologies, including WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL.
16. Played a key role in delivering system architectures that are functional robust and scalable
17. Partnered with clients ensuring requirements aligned with delivered solution
18. Provided technical training and user support to technical and business groups
Education and Pega Certifications:
19. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
20. Senior System Architect (PCSSA)
21. Lead System Architect (CLSA)
22. Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) *nice-to-have
23. Marketing Consultant (PCMC) *nice-to-have
Nice-to-Have:
24. The ability to travel to client sites 50 -75% of the time (as required – depending on client and particular project)
