As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent in the technology industry. Your primary focus will be on full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* In-depth technical evaluation and assessment of technology candidates
* Creation and posting of job descriptions on various job sites and databases
* Networking, research, and database mining to identify potential candidates
* Development of short lists of qualified candidates and coordination with clients on requirements, job offers, and employment terms
* Leveraging Boolean-equation, job boards, and professional networking site mining for sourcing techniques
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience
* Minimum 3 years of direct headhunting experience for permanent and contract technology candidates
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as working experience with CRM or ATS systems
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
* Experience working with U.S. or Canadian markets, sales support, and marketing are also preferred
