* Develop and manage long-term partnerships with key clients as primary point of contact.
* Represent the full portfolio of products and communicate upcoming game releases and opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
* Anticipate evolving client needs, delivering tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Efficiently resolve customer issues, implementing improvements based on root-cause analysis.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years' experience in account management in the online B2B iGaming sector.
* Proven success in building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Fluent English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.
