Now we are hiring a result-driven Senior Financial Controller
- C1 level of English and C1- C2 Spanish
- Relevant work experience working as a Senior Financial Controller who has the understanding of the role of a CFO and have intentions to grow to a CFO Role.
- Immense work experience in Financial Management, Audit or Financial Controller
- Previous working experience working for a top 10 Accounting firm like PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst &Young and etc will be a plus
- Has hands-on experience managing and preparing key financial reports for a company**:
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, sumif, offset, match)
- Experience working with Quickbooks (online/desktop) and other common mid-market accounting systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
- Outstanding numerical and analytical thinking

- Bring up to date and formulate the essential Monthly Financial reports required by the company and monitor, manage and issue in a timely manner to the Management (Income Statement Report, Balance Sheet, Change In Cash Flow, Trailing Twelve Month, Out Year Projection)**:
- Prepare, Manage and Update vital Financial reports required by the company with the help of the Bookkeeper.**:
- Supervise accounting for 2 companies
- Supervision of Bookkeeper.
- Set up accounting for 2 companies in cloud accounting software
- Maintain relationships with outsourcing accounting companies and banks, suppliers
- Prepare the essential Monthly VAT refund calculation
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual for accounting policy, finance procedures, and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures
- Monitor and maintain controlling procedures by implementing new policies and procedures in the finance department
- Guide bookkeeper and other staff by answering questions and coordinating informational flows
- Financial Modelling and the ability to incorporate the effect of strategies and budget on our year modelling nice to have
- Mentor and Counselor for COO and CEO on Financial Planning and Strategies.
- Provide Financial Literacy education to Leadership Team.
- Oversee the efficiency and accuracy of cross-company financial transactions**:
- Prepare necessary ad-hoc analytical reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
- Monitor internal financial controls

**Working Hours**
- The position is a full time 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours.
- The leadership team works around the European time zone, and some overlap is needed for coordination and meetings and especially during training, but later a lot more flexibility is possible.
- Willing to wake up early for Executive Meeting once a week on Tuesday.
**A 3 months trial period is envisaged for this position.**
