**Job Overview**

We are a fast-growing agency that specializes in building high-converting Shopify pages for e-commerce brands.

The **Account Manager** will serve as the primary contact for our clients, managing their needs and ensuring seamless communication between them and our design/development team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
* Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.
* Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
* Proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and address concerns promptly.
* Regularly update clients on the status of their projects, keeping them informed and confident.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization.
* Use tools like Slack, Clickup, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets to manage communication, track progress, and organize tasks.
* Evaluate and recommend new solutions to improve client satisfaction and efficiency.

**Requirements**

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination.
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional tone.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and ability to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.

**Success Metrics**

The success of this role will be determined by how well you can manage client communication, keep projects on track, and free up time for other business activities.

You will be successful if:

* Clients feel valued, heard, and confident that their projects are progressing smoothly.
* Projects are delivered on time without unnecessary delays.
* You make sure to check in with clients daily while projects are active, stay on top of the accounts and projects eagerly.
* Communication between clients and the internal team is clear, professional, and well-organized.
* You demonstrate strong organizational skills and professionalism, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
