**Job Overview**
We are a fast-growing agency that specializes in building high-converting Shopify pages for e-commerce brands.
The **Account Manager** will serve as the primary contact for our clients, managing their needs and ensuring seamless communication between them and our design/development team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
* Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.
* Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
* Proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and address concerns promptly.
* Regularly update clients on the status of their projects, keeping them informed and confident.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization.
* Use tools like Slack, Clickup, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets to manage communication, track progress, and organize tasks.
* Evaluate and recommend new solutions to improve client satisfaction and efficiency.
**Requirements**
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination.
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional tone.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and ability to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.
**Success Metrics**
The success of this role will be determined by how well you can manage client communication, keep projects on track, and free up time for other business activities.
