Marketing Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
* This role will work closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task Management: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and shared docs to track and communicate work effectively.
* Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot delays, resource gaps, or unclear inputs to keep projects moving forward.
About This Position
* This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
The operating hours for this position are from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
