Key Account Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our VIP customer segment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
* SUPPORTING ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES
* HELPING IMPROVE THE OVERALL VIP EXPERIENCE
You will work closely with senior team members to design and implement VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers. Additionally, you will monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost, retention rates, and customer lifetime value.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry. A wallet or existing player base would be highly valued. You must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships, as well as basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino markets.
