 
        
        As a seasoned recruitment expert, you will be responsible for fostering long-term client relationships and leading end-to-end recruitment projects. These will involve sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements of top talent.
Key aspects of this role include:
 * Owning key client accounts, particularly with US-based clients
 * Developing business opportunities by collaborating with the sales team
 * Collaborating with regional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Successful candidates will possess:
 * A minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment or consulting, preferably in an agency setting
 * Strong business development skills, with a proven track record in client management
 * Extensive knowledge of the LATAM talent landscape
 * Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
