Join to apply for the Medical Science Liaison - Recife, PE role at CSL.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.The OpportunityReporting to the Medical Affairs Manager, as the Medical Scientific Liaison, you will represent Medical Affairs externally to establish and maintain medical relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), HCPs, and key accounts on behalf of Vifor Pharma Group. You will execute country medical plans locally by representing the medical expertise in TAs and products and through scientific engagement with the medical community. You will provide disease state education, medical information, and research support, sharing scientific insights from interactions with the medical community with local and global teams, ensuring the capture of field medical expertise. Additionally, you will train colleagues internally, all in accordance with compliance and regulations.The ideal candidate will need to reside in Recife - PE to be considered.The RoleDevelop and maintain scientific and medical expertise (TAs and products)Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and professional organizationsKOL engagement, key account medical support, training, and other activitiesFacilitate scientific engagement, exchange, and medical information sharingProvide Disease State Education, clinical presentations, and respond to medical requestsUpdate medical and internal teams on community interactionsPartner with sales to ensure consistent product information sharingProvide medical support for patient and formulary access products following policiesSupport medical activities like advisory boards, congresses, hospital meetings, and speaker programsServe as a medical resource for internal trainingSupport clinical research and IIS processesAttend scientific meetings and support data summaries and presentationsEnsure compliance with laws, regulations, and policiesEnhance personal and professional skillsYour Skills And ExperienceUniversity degree in Medical or Life Sciences (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology/Biochemistry)Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical practice, research, or pharma industryExperience in engaging with KOLs, HCPs, or the medical communityExcellent Portuguese communication skills; experience with digital communication; good English skillsExperience in scientific presentationsAbility to travel overnight up to 30%About CSL ViforCSL Vifor aims to be a global leader in iron deficiency and nephrology, partnering across iron, dialysis, nephrology, and rare conditions.
