You’ll be a key player in a small and highly-collaborative team, working on the latest technologies, and directly shaping the future of our product and company.What you’ll doDesign, build and maintain agents that learn from session replays and surface issues and recommendations for different personasCollaborate closely with engineering to improve existing pipelines and implement context enrichment strategies that maximize outcomeDeliver production-ready features by leveraging existing pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, LLMs and orchestration frameworksPartner with customers to turn impactful use cases into product featuresStay current with the latest advancements in LLMs, agent architectures and AI toolingWhat we’re looking forProficiency in Python with proven ability to build product applicationsHands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)Good knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)Familiarity with APIs, microservices and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)Exposure to OLAP and vector databases (ClickHouse is a big plus)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively and under pressureContactSend your application to
