Job Overview:
This is a full-time remote position for a Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will oversee design projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with clients and team members to ensure timely completion.
Responsibilities include expediting processes, managing project logistics, inspections, and ensuring quality control.
The role requires detailed planning, organization, and execution to meet client expectations and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
* Experience in Project Management, with a strong ability to manage project timelines and resources.
* Skills in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely project completion and resource allocation.
* Knowledge in Inspection and quality control processes to maintain high standards for deliverables.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Experience in design-related fields is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Design, or related field.
* Proficiency with relevant project management tools and software.
Required Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
* DIRECT EXPERIENCE DESIGNING FOR B.I. OR PEOPLE ANALYTICS PLATFORMS;
* Background in designing data-heavy interfaces, with complex user journeys and role-based user permissions;
* Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively communicate with developers;
* Prior experience working with US-based startups or product teams;
* Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions.
