Remote Technical Interviewer

We are seeking Remote Technical Interviewers from the LATAM region across multiple technology domains. As an interviewer, you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
This is a remote role with a per-interview payment structure and flexible scheduling. Your primary focus will be on conducting high-quality, fair, and unbiased evaluations of candidate performance.
* Conduct structured technical interviews online across various technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide detailed assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
* Collaborate with the Flocareer team to continuously improve interview frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for experienced professionals residing in LATAM with expertise in one or more of the following domains:
* Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming)
* JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar)
Specialized Roles
Additionally, we are interested in professionals with experience in:
* Machine Learning / AI Engineers (NLP, CV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Basic qualifications include 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in your chosen domain, strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns, prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training, excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish, and ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
