We are currently looking to hire a 1st Level Tech Support Agent, to join our growing team and cover US time zones.
Responsibilities
This role is 100% remote and includes shifts
As a 1st level customer support agent, your tasks will focus on looking after, supporting and advising our international customers from the crypto/stocks/futures trading environment.
You will receive functional and technical inquiries and faults via the live chat, by e-mail and occasionally by telephone, process them independently or forward them to the right contact person conscientiously.
Required skills and experience
Background in Computer Science, Economics, Finance or other related field
Experience in the area of customer support, ideally for software products
Technical interest in complex software is desirable
Good command of the English language, both written and verbal

Interest or experience in trading financial instruments(crypto, futures, etc)
