Key Responsibilities- Facilitation & Coordination:- Orchestrates major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).- Manages the ART calendar and ensures program-level cadence.- Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.- Coaching & Mentoring:- Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.- Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Risk & Impediment Management:- Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.- Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.- Flow & Value Optimization:- Optimizes the flow of value across the ART.- Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.- Salesforce knowledge is appreciated- JIRA is must have knowledgeStakeholder Communication:- Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.- Links business strategy to technical execution.
