Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders, and possess excellent communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
We're looking for someone who can operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity to our delivery process.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires ownership, navigation of ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving forward.
Main Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion
* Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
