The position involves helping engineers relocate to Sweden, supported by a global recruiting team and Swedish delivery management to handle relocation logistics.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage engineers in the IT sector who are open to moving to Sweden.Build trust with candidates and inform them about benefits of living and working in Sweden.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.Support candidates throughout the relocation process to ensure a smooth transition and successful placement.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality standards and strong brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude toward challenges.Employment detailsFull-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur (minimum 12 months).Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travel/housing per diem.Application: Please send your English CV to the provided address and include the code TEL2025HH in the subject.
