We're looking for a creative leader obsessed with performance, rapid testing, and speed. Someone who lives for strong hooks, weekly improvements, and turning creative production into a direct revenue engine. This role will lead the design team and scale our creative machine with high impact and consistency.
Responsibilities
* Lead the entire performance creative pipeline: ideation, prototyping, production, variations, testing, analysis, and continuous optimization.
* Create and test new hooks weekly, quickly validating what scales and eliminating what underperforms.
* Manage the design team with a strong focus on speed and quality, ensuring fast delivery for paid social, Tik Tok, Meta, You Tube, and Amazon.
* Build agile production processes that allow new variations to be launched daily.
* Work closely with the Growth team to turn media insights into new creatives and testing loops.
* Ensure at least two new creatives reach the Top Ads ranking every week.
* Standardize visual frameworks and variation systems to accelerate production and support scale.
* Implement AI tools and workflows to multiply speed and efficiency.
* Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements based on real data, not intuition.
* Review and approve all creative assets going into campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategy.
* Build a high-performance creative environment: fast, collaborative, and results‑oriented.
Requirements
* Proven experience creating and scaling performance creatives for e‑commerce, wellness, beauty, or digital‑first brands.
* Strong command of hooks, ad structures, and creative benchmarks for Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
* Demonstrated impact in improving CTR, Thumbstop, CAC, and conversion rates.
* Fully hands‑on: editing, design, visual composition, and deep understanding of native formats for each platform.
* Experience leading creative teams and building scalable production processes.
* English.
* Proficiency with Premiere, Figma, After Effects, and generative AI tools.
