Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle: planning, design, deployment, maintenance.
* Partner with CTO, Product Manager to translate product roadmaps into engineering execution plans.
* Manage delivery timelines, resources, technical dependencies ensuring timely releases.
* Proactively identify, remove blockers ensuring team productivity alignment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering related field.
* 7+ years software development experience including 6+ years in an engineering leadership, management role.
* Familiarity with blockchains such as Ethereum other preferred.
* Software engineering background: frontend, backend services development.
* Understanding microservice architecture, cloud-based deployments.
* Experience with modern programming languages frameworks e.g. Java, Python, Node.js, Go, C#.
