Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an English-fluent speaker, you'll play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and setting the foundation for sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.
• Use CRM systems to track, manage, and organize sales activities.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
• Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• English fluent speaker.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in high-paced environments.
• Ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results.
• Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
