We are looking for a QA Product Specialist who will perform finished goods inspection and release. He or she will also be assigned to in-line monitoring of labeling and coding. Lastly, he will perform FG tracker updating and documentation.
Responsibilities
* In-line inspection of labeling & coding
* Checking of batch code, expiry dates (SL), product name/FG code is correct prior start of coding
* Labeling materials comply on storage condition
* Regular temperature monitoring
* Conduct AQL inspection of finished goods
* Compliance on GMP Monthly audit, IQA of area
* Properly complete the FG Inspection Form
* FG retention samples monitoring, labeling and storage
* Provide FG retention sample for investigation or complaints
* Provide support to CS activity of SMB area (as needed) once trained
* Checking of truck temperature as per standard
* Tagging of approved FGs (QA Approved) or On hold if found with defect or quality issue upon inspection
* Creation of NCR and CAPA
* Sensory evaluation once Trained and Certified
* Perform other related task required by Superior
Qualifications
* Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Tech., IE, Biology/Micro or Chemistry.
* Experience working in a ISO or GMP Certified company
* With 5 to 10 years work experience in Cosmetics, Food or Pharma Industry
* Worked under Quality Department 5-10 years
* Knowledgeable on AQL inspection, GMP, GDP, GWP
* Applicants must be residing within vicinity of our manufacturing plant in Carmelray 1, Canlubang, Laguna
* 5-days work week with shifting schedule
