Scrum Master Role

Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and impediments.
* Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices.
* Help teams to plan and prioritize their work to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
* Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
