Growth Marketer – Part‑Time with Opportunity to Grow to Head of Marketing
Hi, I’m Lena, founder of Go! Running Tours. I’m looking for one exceptional Growth Marketer to drive all our B2C and B2B marketing activities while building the foundation for a future Head of Marketing.
Our markets are expanding fast (over 100% growth in some areas) and we’re constantly exploring new channels and destinations. You will own our email marketing, digital advertising, case studies, sponsorships, and bold initiatives that unlock new runners and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead email marketing: design flows, build smart automations, and optimise newsletters with a data‑driven mindset.
Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms; test, learn, and scale what moves the needle.
Research new tech, trends, and channels, and test initiatives in one city before scaling to all destinations.
Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners and companies.
Collaborate directly with me and a remote global team, working independently and delivering deep work.

Analytical and structured mindset combined with creative copywriting and opportunity spotting.

Contract Details
USD 1,400 a month, 25 hrs a week. Managed via Upwork. This is a part‑time contract; we value focus, energy, and a healthy work/life balance over long hours.
