The team you will join
The HR Operations team maintains employee information that meets the organization’s legal obligations and assists in HR resource management and planning, recommending, developing, and implementing new processes and analyses.
Job Summary
The Senior Benefits Analyst will be responsible for Health & Wellbeing topics, overseeing all demands involving health plans. Additionally, the analyst will work with the broker on contracts maintenance, performance indicators generation, financial and operational analysis, and health prevention actions across all units in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
Manage health plan contracts for all units
Responsible for managing the current broker
Create and manage health‑related indicators
Implement wellness actions through our global Be*Well program
Handle HR finance responsibilities related to health management
Propose, implement, and monitor preventive health actions for employees and dependents
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Administration or related fields
Intermediate or advanced English
Technical knowledge of corporate health topics—standards, regulations, and best practices
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge of current legislation
MBA or specialization in health area
Experience with corporate systems: SAP and SF

It focuses on our Replacement Parts Distribution Center and the Administrative Headquarters for departments: Compra Certa (e‑commerce), Technology, Customer Service, Logistics, Control, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Human Resources, Communication, Purchasing, and Digital.
