Job Summary: A metadata expert with experience managing large-scale digital asset libraries is sought. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to scale structure through governance, training, and collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining robust metadata models and taxonomy structures
* Organizing and managing large volumes of assets in enterprise DAM platforms
* Crafting consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards
* Providing human-in-the-loop support for AI tagging tools and ensuring quality assurance
* Implementing governance policies and metadata best practices across teams
* Training content owners on structured DAM systems and metadata ownership
* Familiarity with usage rights, compliance workflows, and content lifecycle management
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or equivalent experience
* 3+ years program or project management experience
* Understanding of training data creation for AI prompt development
* 3+ years of experience managing a large digital asset library
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Able to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies to teams with varying levels of understanding
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strategic thinking and stakeholder relationship management
* Involved in change management development or implementation
