Job Summary
Our client – a company that offers energy audits and renewable solutions – is hiring a Customer Support & Project Coordinator to manage home energy upgrade projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with homeowners and subcontractors, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality installations. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for delivering top-tier service and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage residential solar and home energy projects from post-sale through key installation milestones
Drive project execution by coordinating installers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet critical timelines
Maintain full ownership of project readiness, sequencing, and completion of required installation scope
Serve as a central point of accountability for project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays
Ensure all project documentation, photos, and requirements are completed accurately and on time
Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners to set expectations and maintain trust throughout the install process
Partner closely with internal support teams to keep projects moving efficiently and avoid rework
Manage escalations and complex scenarios with a solutions-oriented mindset
Maintain accurate project records and status updates across internal systems
Balance multiple active projects while prioritizing work based on urgency and impact
Qualifications
+2 years of experience in Project Coordinator or Operations roles
Technical background, preferably with experience in solar or energy efficiency.
Excellent English level
Great attention to detail, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
Data reporting experience
Compensation
$1,800–$2,500 base + commissions
Time Zone & Working Hours
8 am to 5 pm CST
