Candidate Profile and Job Description -The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical education, preferably as an automotive engineer, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive cardan shaft spare parts industry. -Extensive experience in the independent aftermarket, specifically in driveshaft and cardan shaft sales is essential. -Additionally, the candidate should have strong contacts in Brazil across purchasing and product development departments. -Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish considered an advantage due to potential customer support responsibilities in other South American countries. -The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, and presentation skills, be a responsible team player, and maintain a customer-oriented approach. -Responsibilities include reviewing customer inquiries and entering relevant data into the sales system, conducting market research, customer acquisition and development, product management, pricing strategy, inventory policy, and product portfolio management. -The candidate will analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions, maintain communication with customers regarding sales and marketing processes, and conduct regular customer visits. -Collaboration with relevant departments on OEM projects, managing and tracking offers and proposals, proactively working to exceed team sales targets, and managing and developing the existing customer portfolio are key aspects of the role. -Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing regular reports to the Sales Manager are also required. -Knowledge of finance and accounting is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is expected. -A valid and active Class B driver’s license, no restrictions on domestic or international travel, and a flexible attitude toward business travel are essential for this position. Note: The employer is a large European manufacturer of cardan shafts that does not yet have its own branch in Brazil. The successful candidate would therefore be temporarily employed by Einfach Soluções Ltd. in São Paulo and, as soon as a branch is established, would be transferred to it.
