Regional Sales Director
This leadership position oversees a team of sales representatives in the neurodiagnostic, neuromonitoring, and sleep divisions. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in medical devices and neurology-related fields. They will be able to lead and manage a remote team, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to guide and support the sales team.
* Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, including hiring, performance evaluations, and talent development.
* Ensure sales representatives are thoroughly trained in product knowledge and advanced sales methodologies.
* Drive sales of capital equipment through consultative selling to hospitals, clinics, and service providers.
* Maintain daily communication with the sales team to ensure alignment and engagement.
* Conduct frequent field rides and customer visits to provide coaching and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of professional sales experience, ideally in medical devices.
* Experience in neurology, sleep diagnostics, or related fields is highly preferred.
* At least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role, with experience managing remote teams.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $235,000 - $250,000 per year, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively, with a minimum of 80% travel time. A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy are also required.
