As a Client Growth Manager, your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with our agency clients from chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics. You will be responsible for daily client communication, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date on campaign performance and upcoming improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Client Communication: Be the main point of contact for each clinic client, communicate regularly via calls, emails, and texts, provide clear updates on campaign metrics, next steps, and improvements, build trust through responsiveness and transparency.
* Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through setup, ensure proper tracking and campaign configuration, set expectations around timelines, deliverables, and performance standards, guarantee a smooth start to each new client relationship.
* Monitor & Troubleshoot Campaigns: Review ad and funnel performance daily, track key metrics like cost per lead, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate, identify drops or issues early and suggest actionable fixes.
* Coordinate with Delivery Teams: Communicate findings and improvement plans to the right team members, ensure changes are executed effectively and followed through, bridge the gap between performance data and hands-on execution.
