Lead it ticketing manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an IT Ticketing Manager. In this role, you will oversee the internal ticketing ecosystem, ensuring efficient workflows for support requests. Your contributions will bridge technical teams and the broader organization, enhancing productivity and resolving issues effectively. Additionally, you will manage the Intranet developments to promote employee communication. This is a pivotal position that will have a significant impact on optimizing internal processes.

Accountabilities
* Serve as the primary business owner and administrator for our internal ticketing ecosystem and critical IT applications.
* Maintain a backlog of feature requests, prioritize enhancements, and communicate the roadmap to stakeholders.
* Build and maintain complex automated workflows, triggers, and business rules for ticket categorization and prioritization.
* Use APIs and middleware to connect the ticketing system with other enterprise tools.
* Act as Level 2/3 support for platform issues, performing root cause analysis when needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of dedicated ServiceNow administration experience, including troubleshooting and identifying system bottlenecks.
* Experience building complex automated workflows and configuring custom dashboards for tracking KPIs.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements when communicating with non-technical teams.
