Lead Data Strategist Role
Carnegie, a leader in higher education marketing and enrollment strategy, is seeking a senior data scientist to oversee the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and data-driven products.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, designing high-impact data solutions, and developing machine learning algorithms for student audience analysis and career advising.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define technical roadmap and best practices for data science initiatives
* Manage team of data scientists and engineers, focusing on model reliability, fairness, and interpretability
* Design, develop, and implement high-impact data products, including segmentation and propensity models
* Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support ML lifecycle
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years experience in machine learning engineering or related field
* Expert-level experience building and deploying segmentation and propensity models
* Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, cloud-based data platforms, and data manipulation tools
