Client Relationship Growth Design Executive
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in the creation and execution of visual assets for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and promotional materials.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales) to produce design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
* Maintain and organise design files, ensuring easy access and consistency across projects.
* Adapt and optimise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand voice and vision.
* Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
* Assist with photo editing, typography, and layout adjustments as needed.
* Create and edit video content and GIFs for social media, marketing campaigns, and web use.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
* Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
* Experience in creating and editing video content and GIFs using video editing tools.
* Experience with 3D design and modelling software.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
* Strong organisational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and respond well to constructive feedback.
* A portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums (please include with your application).
* Great interest in the finance and trading industry.
* Additional digital marketing skills are advantageous.
