About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to serve as a strategic bridge between management and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise between stakeholders and nearshore ServiceNow development team
* Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform
* Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
* Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements
* Lead requirement-gathering sessions and oversee project deliverables
Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, a proven track record in end-to-end implementations, strong experience in project management and team leadership, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level).
