Role Overview
This is a hands-on role best suited for recent graduates or early-career designers who are ready to dive into real product work. You'll collaborate directly with our CEO and Lead UI/UX Designer to launch features that matter.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and iterate on user interfaces for our products
* Create wireframes, mockups, and polished UIs in Figma
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring features to life
* Improve usability and user experience based on real feedback
* Learn fast and contribute from day one
Who We're Looking For
* You've already graduated and have some experience (freelance, bootcamp, agency, or startup)
* You're eager to grow, open to feedback, and excited to work with senior leaders
* You have a portfolio that shows solid design thinking
* You're comfortable with Figma or can learn it quickly
* You want to work in a collaborative, remote-first team that values simplicity, autonomy, and great design
Requirements
* Be proficient in English - accents are welcome, but strong communication is essential
* Know how to use Figma confidently
* Have some hands-on experience with UI/UX (freelance, bootcamp, projects) and a solid grasp of design fundamentals
* Be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
* Be coachable - open to feedback and eager to improve
* Be proactive, accountable, and self-disciplined in your work
