Position Overview
The LATAM Alliance Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the strategic relationship between Peloton and Oracle across Latin America, while also supporting collaboration with North American (NA) Oracle ISV partners and select NA alliance initiatives.
This is a pivotal connector between business strategy and technology partnership execution.

São Paulo, Brazil (with regional travel)
Key Responsibilities
Alliance Management
Act as the primary liaison with Oracle LATAM partner teams
Lead joint planning, sales meetings, and QBRs
Align with Oracle's Tech & Applications strategy (OCI, Fusion Cloud, etc.)
Support NA ISV partners expanding into LATAM
Go‑to‑Market & Sales Enablement
Build and execute joint GTM plans targeting key industries
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events
Identify and pursue joint sales opportunities
Practice Development
Co‑develop Oracle offerings tailored to LATAM
Drive certifications and enablement for delivery teams
Localize global solutions for regional needs
Governance & Reporting
Maintain dashboards and alliance performance tracking
Manage budgets for co‑marketing and enablement
Ensure compliance with Oracle partner guidelines
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's in Business, Technology, or related field
Experience with Oracle or similar (SAP, Microsoft, AWS)
Regional experience across Latin America
Skills
Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI, Fusion ERP, HCM, etc.)
Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills
Fluent in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus)
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
