As a Senior Business Developer, you will: - Proactively identify and engage with potential clients based on target market criteria, ideal customer profiles, and industry insights; - Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, leveraging various channels such as your professional network, industry conferences, and events, partnerships, etc; - Prepare and present powerful sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Zitec software solutions; - Understand the technical requirements of our customers, their needs, and objectives; - Leading complex negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements; - Overcoming objections and addressing customer concerns through effective communication and value proposition; - Guiding customers through the buying process, ensuring a seamless experience and successful deal closure; - Assist company management representatives in their business development activities. What about you? - At least 7 years of direct sales experience - minimum 4 years within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products); - Oriented towards a consultative sales approach; - A proven track record of success in driving new sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (b2b); - Proven ability and autonomy in new business pipeline-building activities; - Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions; - Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills; - Natural drive to succeed in sales; - Motivation, perseverance, determination, and a natural drive to succeed in sales; - High level of personal ethics; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English, enabling effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. - International Markets experience, technical (Software development) background; - Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
