The Digital Marketing Ad Strategist is a responsible for the performance, health, and scalability of paid advertising accounts across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. This role is heavily focused on account audits, ongoing optimization, technical troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
You will analyze existing ad accounts, identify inefficiencies and technical issues, recommend and implement fixes, and ensure tracking, structure, and strategy are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Account Audits & Diagnostics
• Conduct in-depth audits of Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn Ads accounts. Experience or working knowledge across secondary platforms, including TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, X, Snapchat, Spotify, and Amazon.
• Identify structural issues, wasted spend, tracking gaps, and performance blockers
• Diagnose bugs and technical issues such as:
• Incorrect or missing conversion tracking
• Pixel or tag misfires
• Attribution and reporting discrepancies
• Budget pacing and delivery issues
• Audience overlap and campaign cannibalization
• Document findings and deliver clear, prioritized optimization recommendations
Optimization & Performance Management
• Continuous proactive optimization of campaigns, ad groups, keywords, audiences, bids, and creatives
• Improve key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
• Manage and reallocate budgets based on performance and growth opportunities
• Plan and execute A/B tests across targeting, creative, offers, and landing pages
• Optimize accounts across full-funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion)
Strategy & Execution
• Translate business goals into effective paid media strategies
• Ensure account structures align with funnel intent and buyer journeys
• Align ad messaging with audience intent and platform best practices
Tracking, Data & Reporting
• Ensure accurate setup and ongoing validation of conversion tracking
• Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform analytics to confirm data integrity
• Analyze performance data to uncover insights, issues, and opportunities
• Create performance reports that clearly explain results, risks, and next steps
Process & Quality Control
• Maintain clean account structure, naming conventions, and documentation
• Build and follow optimization and audit checklists
• Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and best practices
• Proactively flag risks, inefficiencies, or declining performance trends
Additional Tasks
• Forecasts and initial ad spend recommendations to assist with the Sales team.
• Have basic design knowledge and be able to coordinate ad copy and creative with internal team members.

$3000 BRL (Brazilian Real) / Per Month to start
